Agreement

By downloading or using KeepSlip, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The App

KeepSlip is a receipt tracking application that runs on iOS devices. It uses on-device processing to scan and organize receipts. The app stores data locally on your device.

Your Data

You own your data. KeepSlip does not claim any rights to your receipt images, spending data, or any other information you store in the app. Since all data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your data.

Accuracy

OCR technology is not perfect. While KeepSlip achieves high accuracy on most receipts, we recommend reviewing extracted data before relying on it for tax filing or financial reporting. KeepSlip is not a substitute for professional accounting advice.

Purchases

KeepSlip Pro is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or lifetime purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Limitation of Liability

KeepSlip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, inaccurate OCR results, or any damages arising from use of the app. Since the app operates entirely on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
